Our house is featured through a symbiosis of 16th century's architecture and modern comfort. The 11 double rooms and 2 suites are individually designed. Ceiling- and mural paintings as well as beautiful framework decorate our rooms.

Room information

All double rooms have a size between 17sqm and 23 sqm.

Food & beverage

In the hotel's Museeumsgasthof Ochsen restaurant, you can enjoy traditional meals and Vesper (snacks). The restaurant is open as follows: Monday - Thursday: from 18:00 Friday - Sunday: from 12:00

Area information

The hotel is located within the Medieval surroundings of a castle and its grounds. There are beautiful alleys, battlements and towers nearby. Discover the cultural and culinary attractions nearby.

Travel information

By train: Take the train to Schwäbisch Hall, Hessenthal or Eckartshausen. Then take the bus to Vellberg and exit at stop 'Im Städtle' which is located directly in front of the hotel.

Quick description

In the Old Town's centre of Vellberg resides the old hotel Ganerbenhaus. In this old manorial timbered house you sleep in historical rooms, without abandoning modern standard.
